Refund Policy

We have a no return policy. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order within 7 days and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Fabric must be uncut and unwashed. 

Fabric may contain minor flaws smaller than a nickel, such as a snag, color spot, or mark. We try our best to cut around any flaws in the center of the fabric. 


For all cancellations, we charge a 10% restocking fee. There is no charge to exchange for different fabrics of same total value.

Discount Codes / Bulk discounts

Failure to enter a discount code or submitting an order without the discount showing is not our responsibility. We can apply the discounts after the fact, but 5% of the discount will be withheld to cover the fees that we are not refunded from our processing company.

Adding on / Combining

We do not combine orders/refund shipping. Occasionally we may have an "add on period" but that will be announced at the time of a preorder. To add up to 5 items to an order, please email us at help@milliedot.com. If it's more than 5 items or if your order is already in process, we will advise you to place a new order.


For all pre-orders except American Milled Organic solids, we DO ALLOW mixing with retail items. Occasionally we may make exceptions and those will be announced.

Washing and Drying 

We are not responsible for any issues caused by washing or drying the fabric. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors. Overloading the washer or leaving the fabric in the wash after the cycle is completed, can increase the risk of color bleed. 

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within the current stated processing times, with the possible exception of large sales and pre-orders. In those cases, we will keep an updated time frame on the website home page.
